Role: Operations Manager

Growing up in Dalby, Darren Hoskin developed a deep connection to the region’s farming community.

After a career change and leaving the Air Force in 1997, Darren began his agricultural journey as a truck driver with Cotton Queensland.

He quickly rose through the ranks, gaining experience across the industry, from supply chain management to farmer support, and spent 18 years contributing to Dalby Rural Supplies.

In 2024, Darren joined the Plant & Pick Spares (PPS) team as Operations Manager, overseeing inventory, supplier relations, and daily operations to ensure growers receive reliable, tried-and-tested products.

A proud Dalby local, Darren values the family atmosphere at PPS and is dedicated to helping farmers find tailored solutions.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and giving back to his community through coaching and volunteering.
